Flights and Getting Here

There are many ways of getting over here, some very cheap, and some slightly less reasonable! but the choice is yours!

Option 1: Bratislava with Ryanair

  1. Flights on the low cost carrier are always cheaper!
  2. Bratislava is a great place to combine a city break with a snowboard holiday and we can give you all the help you will need organising this
  3. 3 hour train ride from Liptovsky Mikulas where we will meet you - 1st class ticket just ?18 each way, second class just ?11
  4. No need to worry about translation and buying tickets as we can arrange a translator and taxi driver to meet you at the station to do it all for you (?20 per car)

Option 2: Krakow with all the cheap carriers!

  1. 3 hours transfer time by car, contact us for a quote from independent transfer company
  2. Not easily accessible by train or bus

Option 3: Vienna

  1. For those not wanting to have to put money into the coughers of RyanAir, Vienna is a very simple alternative where you can fly in the safe arms of British Airways (strikes permitting of course) or other low cost carriers.
  2. Often a hub for major airlines, making getting here from obscure global destinations very easy.
  3. The train ride from Vienna is direct to Liptovsky Mikulas, and will drop you just minutes from the house where we collect you. The train also goes via Bratislava.
